Job Description

The role is to provide administrative support to the team through a variety of activities.



Duties will include but are not limited to:




  • Generating reports

  • Sending e-mails to clients

  • Contacting suppliers to request information

  • Using Excel to collate and present data

  • Filing

  • Scanning and photocopying

  • Keeping up-to-date with energy legislation changes

  • Answering the telephone

  • Providing support to other members of the team as required

  • To have excellent attention to detail

  • Enjoys working with people - it's the core basis of the job to engage positively with others

  • Able to communicate effectively

Skills Required :

  • Methodical and process driven

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with accuracy

  • Understand confidentiality



Future Prospects :

A full time position within the company may be offered after the successful completion of the Apprenticeship
