Job Description
This is a nice varied role for a customer service apprentice, working in our Flaunt Reception and supporting several commercial sessions each day. There’s an opportunity to learn a lot of useful business skills as you progress.
Our priorities are our customers and our students, so this will see you helping with day to day duties, providing a great experience for our customers and doing other tasks as needed including:
- Meet and greet customers, take telephone bookings
- Take payments, deal with cashing up and float
- Use our salon management booking system
- Maintain our system of client record cards and product information
- Monitor stock and sundries supplied and re-order as necessary
- Keep all the areas clean, tidy and stocked with supplies, day to day laundry
- Support colleagues as needed with open events, student visits and other activities
- Additional administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will need to undergo a DBS check.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be able to apply for another position within the business or a higher level apprenticeship.
