Job Description
The role will cover a wide range of duties assisting the team with general HR, recruitment, training and other duties as necessary. You will be learning a wide range of general HR functions which will typically include but not be limited to:
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, alongside the HR and recruitment team
- Drafting employment and recruitment documents
- Assisting in the administration of the recruitment and induction processes
- Assisting in administering the starter and leaver processes
- Learning about policies and procedures and acting compliantly
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and HR system
- Assisting in maintaining and updating organisational chartsÂ
- Supporting Learning and Development events, including room bookings, catering, and administration
- Acting as an effective team member providing assistance to others as requested
- Working in a confidential environment

Skills Required :
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to absorb information, listen and ask questions
- Able to follow processes and procedures
- Experience in the use of a range of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and the internet
- Some experience in the production of documents and the collation and maintenance of information will be useful
- Able to work well in a team and take responsibility for your own work
- Able to prioritise work against competing and challenging demands to meet deadlines
