Roles and Responsibilities:



Client Lead Generation, Selection & Management:



To support senior team members in identifying, qualifying and attracting client prospects with job vacancies or training needs.




  • Sourcing & identifying prospect recruitment & training clients through a variety of sources researching prospects & conducting information-gathering exercises to qualify prospects – within a specific skills function (Sales & Marketing or Business & Management)

  • Making introductory calls and sending out introductory emails/marketing literature updating ‘Pipedrive’ with prospect customer information and recording follow up actions

  • On occasion accompany senior recruiters/trainers on meetings to observe the sales process – either face to face or virtually as required

  • Using state of the art technology to engage with prospects through video email and other social media technology

  • Securing bookings (meetings) for senior team members to execute to secure either job roles or training contracts



Candidate (Delegate) Lead Generation, Selection & Management:



To support senior team members in selecting (and attracting) suitable candidates for job roles or delegates for ‘Open’ training events.




  • Writing innovative, attention-catching adverts, to be approved by management before they are posted live

  • Use of various social media sites, online job boards to promote brand and specific job vacancies, alongside the Go Resource website & live job board

  • Generating candidate& delegate referrals achieved by providing an excellent candidate experience and networking through social media sites and relevant forums, groups and any relevant face to face networking options

  • Selecting suitable candidates from job responses received via job boards, website, social media and via emails, against job criteria set

  • Recording all applicants details on in-house recruitment database, along with notes and follow up actions

  • Carrying out telephone screening process to establish core skills & experience when necessary for candidate job applications

  • Booking in suitable candidates for interviews with senior team members & sending confirmation emails and updating team members appointments diary

  • Meeting and greeting selected candidates face to face (or virtually in currently climate), talking them through application forms and information required prior to consultant interviews

  • On occasion sitting in with senior recruiters to observe interview process & structure

  • Managing all ID, applications & administrative elements of both candidate & delegate registrations for both job placements and training events and all follow-up actions required



You will also be working towards a widely recognised Level 2 programme in Recruitment, with the potential opportunity to progress onto a Level 3 programme.
