Job Description
- Answer the telephone within 5 rings and greet caller with a professional greeting
- Take messages with accurate details and pass to the relevant individual in a timely manner
- Use initiative to solve client issues
- Attend both conference and networking meetings as a representative of the company with a view to developing new client leads
- Send and receive emails to clients
- Learn how to undertake payroll and use different systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, FreeAgent and Moneysoft
- Learn how to deal with invoices and bank reconciliations
- Support with social media to grow the business and to gain new clients; an understanding of Facebook, Linked In and Twitter would be useful
Other information:
- The company is located at a remote area of Bartley where public transport is very limited
- It would be ideal if you held a driving license in case you may need to visit clients’ premises
