Job Description
Reporting to the Management Accountant Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering data from purchase invoices onto accounting system
- Generating payment runs - twice monthly
- Sending cheques
- Filing e.g. invoices & statements
- Reconciling / checking supplier statements
- Answering supplier queries
- Stationary order - once monthly
- Managing Petty Cash
- Training on Sage Payroll
- Any other adhoc duties
Full time roll to include training on AAT with study time required at work, at home and at college.

- Ensure tidy work environment is maintained
- Maintain confidentiality
- Organise workload to meet deadlines
- Meet the training deadlines of the apprenticeship training

- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Punctual Able to adapt and improvise
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Eligible and able to study AAT
