Job Description

Duties to include:




  • Dealing with customer enquiries

  • Folding and packing customer orders

  • Replying to all messages and comments on Social Media platforms

  • Help manage returns and exchanges

  • Quality control checks on products before they are packaged

  • Operate the live chat function on our website to assist customers and their needs

  • Weekly stock checks in our Warehouse and ordering stock from suppliers when needed

  • Other general tasks around the workplace



Apprentices must show commitment to the following:




  • To achieve apprenticeship framework (Functional Skills, NVQ and Technical Certificate) within the specified time frame 

  • Attend the apprenticeship induction programme 

  • Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary 

  • Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship programme as requested 

  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff



Apprenticeships start throughout the year and are open to any age of candidate.

Personal Qualities :

  • Interested in clothing production

  • Keen interest in fashion and animal conservation

  • Self-motivated and able to confidently deal with customer enquiries

  • Wants to be a part of a fast-growing clothing business

  • Fast learner with some understanding of online retailers and systems

  • Must love dogs, as we have an office dog! 



Skills Required :

  • Organised and have good attention to detail as well as good time management skills

  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable being on your feet most of the day

  • Good IT skills

  • Be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Excellent spelling and grammar



Future Prospects :

Possible progression opportunities within the business or an advanced level apprenticeship.  



We expect this role to progress into a full-time Customer Service Assistant and then grow with the business.
