RA Venues requires events staff to work in a busy conference and events department at the beautiful Leeds Castle in Maidstone. The conference and events team cater for all events within three venues, Castle, Maidens Tower and Fairfax Hall, providing excellent food and great customer service. The duties for this role will include working in a team of waiting and bar staff, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, including liaising with the customer/client, food service, clearing, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include cashiering, stock management and abiding strict HSE requirements.
