Job Description
- Apprentice hospitality team leader / supervisor required to learn all about management & customer service, hygiene, event planning, cleaning, marketing, cellar management. You will learn how to manage the team of part/full time staff working alongside one of the owners of the company
- This will be a practical learning role where paying customers will be at the end of the process. As the business is busiest at evening and weekends these will be your main working times. At the succesful end of the course there will be a full time position for the apprentice

Must have a methodical and disciplined approach and understand the importance of hygeine. Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.

- Full time position on completion of the apprenticeship
