Job Description

You should be hard working, a quick learner and enjoy a challenge. You’ll also have exceptional attention to detail & analytical.

We are a recruitment media company based in Thame, Oxfordshire. We focus exclusively on helping some of the biggest companies in the UK attract and engage with student candidates. We run the UK's largest undergraduate student jobsite - employment4students, an online recruitment solution working with the biggest household names in the UK including the likes of Google, Deliveroo, Tesco, O2 and Dixons Carphone.

Job Role:

  • Establish Customer needs and identify Sales opportunities
  • Maintain regular contact with an existing client base, building relationships and developing current accounts.
  • You will enhance a client base with potential to upsell and manage inbound registrations
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets.
  • Setup client campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Be the eyes and ears for our clients to help them get the best results from their campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
  • This role will offer you over you a structured career path to grow your desk alongside the business growth
