Job Description

Black Heritage in Business Insight Programme

At EY, we’re committed to building a culture of belonging. We live in a diverse world and we believe the world we work in should reflect this. That’s why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of what we do and given an equal opportunity work with us. We’re aiming to double the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% and 20% BME by July 2025.

Our Discover EY – Black Heritage in Business 2020 programme will be held on Tuesday 7- Wednesday 8 April 2020.

How's it structured?

Over two days you’ll take part in workshops, panel events and discussions designed to inspire and energise you. As well as learning about other people’s stories, you’ll pick up great advice to help you sculpt your own as you begin your career.

There’ll also be Q&As with our people, information on our D&I strategy from our EY Black Network, assessment centre workshops and the opportunity for networking. If you make a great impression, you may get the chance to be fast-tracked onto one of our summer internships.

Entry requirements

This event is aimed at raising awareness with students from black heritage and you will need to be in your first year at university, or second-year on a four year course.

The event will be held in London and travel and accommodation are paid for. You must currently be studying at a UK university and in the UK at the time of the event (outside UK travel costs cannot be covered).

Applications are open.
