Job Description

Working within the quality control department, you will be ensuring all customers receive high quality and pleasant experience.



Your duties will include:




  • Following up calls to customers

  • Answering the occasional inbound call

  • Using scripts provided for a free-flowing conversation

  • Ensuring customers have had a good experience

  • Calling customers after their journey with us to receive feedback



General admin tasks:




  • Data entry

  • Paperwork etc

  • Reporting to line manager



Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Skills Required :

  • Intermediate understanding of word, excel, etc.

  • Confident on the phone
