Job Description
Working within the quality control department, you will be ensuring all customers receive high quality and pleasant experience.
Your duties will include:
- Following up calls to customers
- Answering the occasional inbound call
- Using scripts provided for a free-flowing conversation
- Ensuring customers have had a good experience
- Calling customers after their journey with us to receive feedback
General admin tasks:
- Data entry
- Paperwork etc
- Reporting to line manager
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Skills Required :
- Intermediate understanding of word, excel, etc.
