Job Description
Assignment delivery:
The ability to independently and successfully deliver full and targeted assignments, and to deliver other research products such as mapping.
This is to encompass all stages of the assignment process from briefing through to shortlist including:
- Research documentation (reports, delivery forms etc)
- Target list
- Candidate identification
- Candidate approach
- Database housekeeping
Business development:
- The ability to contribute to business development by generating BD leads from candidates
Candidate management & service excellence:
- The ability to develop long-term candidate relationships through delivering a consistently high level of service to support long-term repeat business
- This is to include a focus on professionalism in all candidate communications (verbal and written) and the build-up of candidates’ databases within specific segments
Duties include:
- Conducting candidate searches via the web
- Proactive maintaining the Quartz database
- Response handling/ telephone screening
- Lead generation
- Candidate feedback
- Candidate quality checks
- Candidate communications
- Attend client meetings with consultant where appropriate
Advanced:
- Delivering face to face interviews
- Creating candidate individual interview reports
- Creating all candidates on assignment reports
- Creating market report on candidates
