Job Description
Reception:
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
- Answering incoming calls and booking appointments and or dealing with enquiries
- Issuing prescriptions
- Dealing with patient queries
- Dealing with the post
- Supporting doctors and nurses with call outs and general administration
Back office administration:
- Scanning documentation onto clinical records
- Shredding documents
- Registering new patients and processing paperwork
- Adding any notes
- Dealing with referral letters - inputting data into templates accurately
- Checking discharge letters
- Processing prescriptions
Personal Qualities :
- Confident to ask questions
- Team player
- Flexible
Skills Required :
- IT Literate - Windows 10
- Excellent communicator
- Good attention to detail
