Job Description
Duties will include:
- To carry out telesales/telemarketing campaigns as per the client’s brief
- To complete and update the client time spreadsheet during the timetable hours of work
- To undertake any administrative requests relating to the client’s campaigns
- To actively generate new business for The Sales Manager Telemarketing Division using cold calling, referrals and other sales and marketing activities as requested by the Managing Director
- To attend sales appointments to promote the services of The Sales Manager Telemarketing Division
- To follow up leads for the division within 24 hours
- Update the Client’s CRM system with all sales activities
- To provide telesales/telemarketing services for The Sales Manager Training Division
- To achieve the targets and KPI’s for the client’s campaigns and those set by the Telemarketing Manager
- To complete all work required for the apprenticeship scheme during the 3 hours allotted during the working week, and in their own time if necessary
