Job Description
You will be working towards your L2 Business Admin apprenticeship by assisting in a range of duties relevant to your studies, you will also be set aside time to complete your learning.
Amongst other things your duties will include:
- Answering phone calls, email enquiries and greeting any clients in the office
- General admin duties i.e. photocopying, filing (paper and electronically)
- Using Word and Excel to create spreadsheets and other documents
- Updating Social Media platforms
- Placing recruitment advertising
- Assisting in the payroll function
- Assisting in general marketing and tele-marketing
- Managing office post
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Managing diaries

If the qualifications you have listed meet the entry criteria for this vacancy, you will be invited to a screening interview at the College. Following these interviews, the employer will shortlist applicants to attend their own interviews.

Future Prospects :
At the end of your L2 in Business Administration there is a real possibility of this role developing into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role and then onto a being a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant. Further training and support will be available to help you to achieve your goals.
