Job Description
To support the Operations Team, and the business as a whole, by receiving, checking, querying, approving and processing costs and invoices related to 3rd party supplier services.
KPIs:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Maintaining good relationships with contacts internally and externally
- Proactive communication of issues
- Budgetary Responsibilities:
- £0 but attention to detail required for invoicing and cost related tasks

Skills Required :
- Competent in the use of IT systems, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Good Geographical Knowledge
- Reasonable level on mathematics and ability to perfom basic calculations
- It would be beneficial if the candidate had a driving license due to the location being in a business park
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Communicate with various departments to achieve common goals
- Consistently accurate and a keen attention to detail

Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship there may be an opportunity for a permanent position with the potential to develop within the company.
