This role could be key to helping the business move forward, and can be seen as the right-hand person to the director, so the variety and level of experience would be highly useful to anyone who is keen and ambitious but prefers to work in a small business rather than in a large organisation. As such, for the right candidate there could be potential for the role to turn into an Operations or Marketing Exec role, though this will be wholly dependent on business growth. There is potential to train alongside the director in advanced communication methods.
