Job Description
Duties will include:
- Taking and making calls dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with emails
- Gaining management approvals for decisions
- Liaising with restaurant manageress concerning bookings including functions and wedding
- Presentation of daily menus
- Production of in house marketing
- Filing and organising paperwork
- Fast paced response to urgent requests
- Working on their own initiative
- Working to tight deadlines
Personal Qualities :
Good time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Skills Required :
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Word processing and creative skills
- Good skills in written and spoken English
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
