Job Description

Duties will include:




  • Taking and making calls dealing with customer enquiries

  • Dealing with emails

  • Gaining management approvals for decisions

  • Liaising with restaurant manageress concerning bookings including functions and wedding

  • Presentation of daily menus

  • Production of in house marketing

  • Filing and organising paperwork

  • Fast paced response to urgent requests

  • Working on their own initiative

  • Working to tight deadlines


Personal Qualities :

Good time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.



Skills Required :

  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner

  • Good communication skills

  • Word processing and creative skills

  • Good skills in written and spoken English

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
