Job Description
Job role will include:
- Take accommodation and travel enquiries from clients by telephone, fax and/or email
- Source and select suitable venues and travel options, which meet the clients’ criteria i.e. location, budget etc.
- Offer suitable options to clients by telephone or email
- Confirm accommodation confirmations and travel itineraries to both supplier and clients
- Act as a clear liaison point between client and supplier
- Deal with backup administration i.e. filing and invoices
- Handle queries
- Deal with client complaints & issues
- Maintain the high levels of customer service already obtained and to strive for higher
- Focus on best rate negotiating and to strive for enhanced commission at all applicable times
- Liaise with sales team with regards to new and existing clients
- Attend familiarisation trips, independently or with an office group
- Venue finding support when needed

Future Prospects :
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be the opportunity for further training or a permanent position for the right candidate
