Job Description
You will be covering the following duties within each rotation:
Mobility & Immigration:
- Supporting employee movement across the business on a short term, mid-term and long term assignments
- Ensuring employee receives full range of relocation services
- Ensuring all employees have the correct Visas and that the business is compliant with legislation on immigration
- Partnering with vendors for mobility and immigration issues
- Supporting employees who are on assignment or require immigration support
Payroll:
- End to end payroll processing including time management system
- Annual tax processes i.e. P60, P11d, P46 Car
- Supporting business with regular or ad hoc requirements
- Supporting employees with workshops and lunch and learn sessions
- Improvement projects to develop efficiencies and service experience
Employee Benefits:
- Administration of employee benefits including pensions, company cars, private medical provision, reward gateways etc.
- Point of contact for employee queries
- Vendor management of benefits providers
- Supporting strategic compensation and benefits on implementation and delivery of new initiatives

Skills Required :
- Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and e mail

- Good communication skills
- Comfortable to work alone and in a team
