Job Description

Duties to include:




  • Front of house duties such as answering the phone, transferring calls and dealing with enquiries

  • Dealing with enquiries from customers who call to the front desk

  • Taking payments and providing clients with copies of insurance documentation etc

  • Also providing general administrative support to the insurance team, dealing with the post and other associated duties


Personal Qualities :

  • The ability to respect confidential information



Skills Required :

  • A good telephone manner

  • Computer literate

  • Strong communication skills
