Job Description

Background
This company work with a broad range of clients to drive growth initiatives and organisational development. They specialise in adding process, effectiveness and shape into businesses which lack the sales leadership necessary to take them to the next level. They describe their model as "hands-on, sales led" - providing an instant plug-in extended team into a clients' business, owning the sales strategy and execution from day 1 of engagement.
Ten2Two are delighted to be working with them to provide individuals who are looking for freelance and ad-hoc projects, mostly on a part-time basis, to build up their "plug-in" team of experts. They are keen on general "Account Executives". However, for the current live projects, they someone who is comfortable finding new audiences for clients and making those initial contacts.

The Role
We're interested in hearing from account executives in general, but if you also have strong business development experience, the client has project work immediately. The current requirements include:
•Execution of communication initiatives including structured marketing, business development, e-mail, telephone and social media campaigns.
?Structured client and market research activity through a range of online and offline sources.
?Collation and presentation of results, findings and personal feedback both internally and externally.
?Interaction with broader account management team to ensure the optimum client experience.
?Participation in regular client project management review sessions.

Person Specification
?Have previous demonstrable experience in business development and / or account management.
?Demonstrate a dogged determination, be unflappable and indivertible from the objectives.
?Have an outgoing, confident personality but the judgement to know when to listen and when to talk.
?Be able to pick up new sectors quickly and switch between client work easily.
?Be articulate, highly literate, numerate and grammatically accurate with the ability to present well both in written and oral communications.
?Be able to work independently, unsupervised and to report accurately on activity undertaken
?Work well in project teams (which may include differing personnel depending on the client).
?Be able to manage your own time and deal with conflicting priorities.
?Have excellent computer skills, the ability to pick up software applications quickly and have a good grip of social media.
?Have a willingness to travel from time to time within the UK.

Salary and Benefits
?£18k-25k FTE Dependent on Experience (or freelance equivalent rate).
?The client is open to the candidate working on a freelance basis.
?Free parking.

Hours and location
?Various. The current projects require approx. 26 hours per week, but this can be split across more than one candidate. Please indicate preferred hours on application.
?Although the office is based in Cheltenham, the successful candidate may work remotely, with occasional meetings in Cheltenham. The role will report directly to the Operations Manager.
