Job Description
Duties will include:
- Data inputting
- Ensure that client notes are updated to reflect all communication regarding the claims
- Manage all on hold and further treatment request clients including updating notes and boards
- Act as liaison between the company and associate physiotherapists
- Inform providers of the date, time and clinic venue for Inital Assessments
