£20k basic uncapped commission (OTE year 1 £35k, year 2 £60k, year 3 £100k )

Starting a career in recruitment at Harnham, you will be developing your own business in a specialist data & analytics industry gradually becoming an expert in your field. Through working with industry professionals, you will gain an understanding of your clients hiring needs helping you to source the best talent on the market to join their business.
Our in-depth and ongoing training programme is designed to fast track your career into a successful and lucrative one, with our consultants achieving their first promotions by 10-12 months on average. However, if you are super competitive you can try and beat the fastest promotion record of 7 months!
What is recruitment?
Recruitment is a complex fast paced and challenging sales based role but the rewards you can earn make it all worthwhile. Being a sales based role you will be working with daily and weekly KPIs and targets to work towards closing deals. You can expect to be:
- Building your client desk through cold calling
- Generating leads through business development
- Pitching and negotiating terms with clients
- Sourcing high calibre and professional candidates
- Guiding candidates through the application process and feeding back to them
- Negotiating offers and salary packages
- Closing deals
