Graduate Technical Support Trainee

Our client is a leading Media company who manufacture, service and maintain digital signage networks for a growing and upmarket client portfolio. They provide a comprehensive and fully integrated service solution for clients to fulfil their business needs. With a growing portfolio of clients, we are recruiting for a Graduate Support Trainee to join their service desk team in providing IT support to their clients on a shift rota basis. Our client is offering training, a generous holiday package, parking and other perks. Duties will include;
* Working within the Service Desk team
* Liaising with clients daily, providing high levels of customer services
* Acting as first point of call for technical support and First Line support issues
* First Line Remote Support
* Escalating technical support issues to filed engineers
* Reporting / Analysis of Screen Hardware Data
* Database administration, producing reports and extracting data
* Client Case Communication
* Legmen - Rebooting client Devices
