Are you keen on working in-house on a part-time basis? This newly created company secretary role in London could definitely be worth a look. As a result of business expansion, my client is now seeking to bring on board an experienced company secretary to report into the Chairman.
As company secretary, some of your duties will include:
- supporting compliance and reporting requirements of the LLP
- maintenance of statutory records
- recording changes of ownership or membership of entities
- filing confirmation statements
- companies house filings and liaising with finance to file company accounts
- producing and maintaining the group structure chart
- monitoring companies house activities to report and prevent any fraudulent activity
- enhancing and adapting internal records and reporting protocols
- production of board meeting resolutions/minutes.
To be considered for this role based in London, you will be happy to work as the principal point of contact for company secretarial queries, along with having strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. Relevant qualifications such as ICSA would be held in high regard.
Please note salary displayed is the full-time equivalent, where this role will be on a 3 day per week basis.
