What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you'll need to be sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about sales, people-focused, outgoing and confident.

There's not one typical person that makes a good Recruitment Consultant, and unlike other agencies we don't need you to have previous recruitment experience.
