There may be 11 players out on our football pitch, but it takes many more players to deliver exceptional service across our Hospitality and Retail divisions!

Our goal is to create legendary experiences for every guest or fan that enters our fantastic stadium and we do so with our diverse and multiskilled catering squad.

Villa Park is the heart of football, everything we do we do with Passion, Pride and Purpose! We have an incredible team that you could be a part of.

Our hospitality division consists of 18 impressive bars to accompany our exclusive executive boxes, fine dining restaurants, and informal lounges.
On a match day we cater for up to 2500 hospitality guests across the stadium.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Enthusiastic and motivated player with a positive attitude
• Dedicated and committed to working match day fixtures at Villa Park.
• Willing to go the extra mile for your team and guests.
• Passionate about food & beverage service.
• Bar experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be aged 18+

SKILLS:
• Deliver first class and efficient service to up to 42,000 guests.
• Cash handling and operation of our reliable till system.
• Preparing drinks in line with Levy service specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service laws.

Interviews and Training…
Interviews will be held on a rolling basis with a mandatory Induction and training day following shortly afterwards.

Shifts can vary in length from 4 to 8 hours and will usually be on weekends. You will be a casual worker so shifts will only be available when we have events and matches are on. There may also be late evening shifts available when there are matches midweek.
