Job Description

An incredible opportunity has arisen for two mechanically-minded internship seekers to travel to the South of France for summer 2020. You'll be working in the beautiful Provence, a region in south-eastern France bordering Italy and the Mediterranean Sea. Known for its diverse landscapes, from the Southern Alps and Camargue plains to rolling vineyards, olive groves, pine forests, and lavender fields; it's easy to see why Provence is one of the most beloved historic territories in France. As if the location wasn't enough to sway you, you'll be working alongside the highly reputable Richard Feather - son of Richard Feather Senior who was the Chief Engineer for Ford through the 1960s. It really is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Main Duties
>Upkeep and maintenance of a Classic Car Collection
>Assisting in the workshop (replacing parts and tuning)
>Servicing of the cars
>Participating in restoration projects
>Assisting in emergency repairs and breakdown response
>Preparation of the cars for rental
>Delivery of vehicles
Meeting customer and introducing them to classic car driving

Skills you’ll gain

Requirements
>Engineering or related studies
>Clean and full UK driving license
>Commitment to working abroad
>Must be punctual and professionally presentable
>Strong communication/interpersonal skills
>Interest in Classic Cars (preferred)
>French speakers desirable but not essential
>Mechanical experience (preferred)
