Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Working with spreadsheets
- Answering the phone and sending emails to customer and suppliers
- Assist in the processing of sales/purchase transactions onto the system
- Assist with month end reconciliations
- Liaise with internal departments on financial issues
- Assist Payroll & HR Manager with ad hoc duties
- Purchase weekly orders for refreshments/cleaning products for the building
- Reconciliation of petty cash when required
Assist with weekly/monthly reporting
