Job Description

The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu is the one of the most popular destinations on the South Coast, with a reputation for a fantastic day out.

Leiths are the caterers for the museum, providing excellent hospitality and service for our visitors and event guests.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for serving guests in our main restaurant and Kiosks, as well as assisting with conferences, meetings and weddings. You will need to demonstrate the highest standards of service at all times, maintain cleanliness in the Food and Beverage areas and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.

Ideally you will have experience in a hospitality or customer service environment. You should also have the right attitude and be willing to learn. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible and a team player. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Duties include:
Customer service (main restaurant)
Till service
Barista coffee preparation.
Hospitality and events service
Other general duties (cleaning, food prep, clearing tables)
