Responsibilities:
- Provide a standard of service that reflects the company corporate image
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Answering telephone calls from customers and suppliers
- Checking stock levels and replenishing stock if needed
- Any other ad hoc duties in line with management requests
- Ensure customers are attended to with an efficient and courteous service
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries
- Update spreadsheets
- Marketing, online promotions and updating social media
- Serving customers on counter
- Eventually, some internal sales
- General clerical duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of the premises
