Job Description
Duties to include:
- To provide general clerical support to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided, including filing, photocopying, scanning, word processing and minute taking
- Working in Catering & Cleaning Support Team to provide essential support to all areas
- Telephony duties- directing any queries, taking messages etc.
- To provide a high level of customer service to service users, members of the public and external organisations, via telephone, letter, email and in person to ensure an ongoing provision of delivering high quality services
- This may include reception-based duties as required
- Providing a high level of customer care
- To update manual and computerised records to ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained and data and reports are produced as and when required
- To undertake general financial administration to comply with financial requirements/regulations
- To undertake general duties and responsibilities in all aspects of Health and Safety
- Such other responsibilities allocated which are appropriate to the grade of the post
