Job Description
Duties to include:
- You'll answer incoming calls, take messages/redirect calls to members of staff and deal with general enquiries
- You'll manage and order office and kitchen supplies, and oversee facilities issues at our main office
- You'll have responsibility for diary management and basic PA duties, supporting the company Directors
- You'll be providing support to office staff with upcoming events
- You'll make travel arrangements, book accommodation and liaise with venues for event teams and employees
- You will communicate with freelance actors and crew by email and phone
- You'll prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
- Occasionally, you may be involved in off-site live event projects or filming projects
Personal Qualities :
- You have the ability to take responsibility/initiative where appropriate and to work as part of a team
- You will have experience of or an interest in running events
- You are interested in arts/media
- You're proactive and eager to learn
Skills Required :
- You're highly organised and motivated to use your own initiative
- You are computer literate
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- You have good communication both verbal and written
Future Prospects :
After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
