Job Description

On a day to day basis you will supporting out software products. You will be setting up customer accounts and talking to customers about our products. You will also be handling complaints and queries and dealing with our mobile phone products.



The apprentice job will primarily entail delivering excellent customer service, through:




  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries

  • Setting up new customer accounts

  • Liasing with clients and answering queries

  • Dealing with adviser/case administration

  • Updating the back office system

  • Inputting data

  • Checking data for accuracy

  • Producing reports

  • Helping with compliance

  • Helping with marketing



As part of this role you will also be invited to help reassess the company’s sales and customer service procedures:




  • Help to re-evaluate the company’s customer service procedures and look at their effectiveness

  • Help to evaluate the organisation of the company’s customer service delivery

  • Produce a document examining the sales and communication styles, looking at the business needs, both internally and externally

  • Help to evaluate the company’s overall communication processes and evaluate their effectiveness

  • To carry out a marketing exercise, to contact clients on a specific database and monitor and evaluate the success/ response of your marketing campaign

  • You will be given a position of responsibility to set all new customers up, train them on our products and support them as they use our product

  • You will also be responsible for working with other departments to implement initiatives that will make the business better

Personal Qualities :

You must be able to develop a strong interest in our software products and have a willingness to learn and progress. You will be someone who can work on your own initiative and is not afraid to ask for help or ask questions.



Skills Required :

  • Strong computer/IT skills

  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing

  • Able to work as a team as well as on own initiative

  • Good written skills

  • Organised, methodical and able to meet deadlines
