Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Management with customer queries
- Assist off-site team with production testing and production approvals
- Manage on-line systems including CRM for print to order processing
- Ensure all production information is correctly entered into spreadsheets and is invoiced accurately without query on a weekly/ monthly basis
- Deliver detailed management information to account managers on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
- Support Account Management with material set up
- Produce weekly and monthly stock reports for Account Management
- Provide general administrative support to Client Services
- Support a range of existing smaller value customers and be their point of contact interacting with the inter-departmental teams to ensure efficient service delivery
