We are currently seeking individuals to join our Sales Associate Teams in Bicester.
The main aim of the role is to provide excellent standards of customer service and meet the needs of our customers whilst driving the company KPI\u2019s.
ResponsibilitiesMain Duties include
- Representing the RL brand through image & behaviours
- Approaching, acknowledging and building rapport with customers
- Delivering high standards of customer service to meet the needs of the customers
- Maintaining high standards of house keeping
- Driving the KPI\u2019s of the Company through customer service & product knowledge
- Maintaining high standards of product availability and merchandising
- Dealing with customer questions & queries quickly and effectively
The ideal candidates will posses the following skills:
- Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with an interest in fashion
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Good verbal communication skills and is able to build rapport with others
- Open to learning and developing new skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties

- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
