Job Description
Duties/responsibilities to include:
- Booking both routine and urgent, on the day appointments
- Cancelling/re-arranging appointments
- Care navigation
- Customer service
- Welcoming and friendly approach to all
- Complaints handling - initial contact
- Ensure that quality, standards, and efficiency of our service are maintained at all times
- Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality when responding to patient and staff requests
- Issuing repeat prescriptions
- Scanning letters onto the clinical system
- Opening and closing the surgery
- Working Saturday mornings (rota based)
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence

Skills Required :
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience of working in a call centre environment and have the willingness to undertake the appropriate training and induction including systems and data training
- You will be also be highly organised, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
