Job Description

The Community Equipment Service are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the programme.  



Your duties will include;



Administrative support to the Minor Works and Finance Purchasing Teams, including:




  • Liaising with suppliers and clients and other health professionals

  • Contact via telephone calls and correspondence

  • Data input

  • Maintaining records



This post will be based at Sefton Community Equipment Stores, Aintree Racecourse Retail Park, Ormskirk Road, Aintree



MAIN DUTIES




  • Provide general administrative support to the Minor Works and Finance and Purchasing Teams. This will include client, health professional and supplier liaison via telephone and correspondence, data input and producing notes/reports on request

  • Assist in producing reports from specialised ICT systems, after training and under supervision

  • Data checking and data cleansing

  • Assisting in the promotion of the Community Equipment Service

  • Able to complete tasks and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills, by telephone, face to face and written
