Graduate Operations Trainee
22,500 per annum
Lichfield, Scunthorpe, Wigan, Skelmersdale

Within the UK salad businesses, we work with major multiple retailers, wholesalers, convenience and food service sectors. In the UK our main brand is Florette bagged salad.

The Role:

We are looking for a Graduate to join our UK salad business for a 2 Year Graduate Programme which will give you an exciting opportunity to work at our different sites around the UK, these being Florette (Lichfield), Axgro (Scunthorpe), Agrial Fresh Produce (Wigan) and Salads to Go (Skelmersdale).

You will rotate across the different business functions and placements could be within Technical, Production, Safety Continuous Improvement and Production Planning which will give you fantastic exposure to the Company. You will work at at least two of our sites over the 2 year period.
The aim is at the end of the programme you will be able to take on a junior management role in Operations at one of our UK sites.

Training and Development:

As part of our Graduate Programme we recognise the importance of developing you to make you one of the future leaders of our business. Your development will be through on the job training and undertaking further training where required. In addition, the successful candidate will complete the Graduate Open Programme and complete a Level 3 ILM qualification.

The Individual:

We are looking for a recent graduate, with prior work experience in a food environment.

    • Flexibility to move / live in different locations in the UK during the programme and relocate to one of the areas at the end of the programme
