Job title: Recruitment Resourcer - Apprenticeship
Location: Bolton
Wage: £168.75 per week
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday 40 per week shifts: 9am - 5.30pm
Course entry requirements: Candidate must hold a minimum GCSE Maths and English with grades between A-C

About the role:
This is a great role where candidates will be very well supported by the manager and the team. You will be providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team mainly working on the phones contacting clients and candidates. You will also assist the payroll and compliance departments.

Job duties and responsibilities:
  • Handling enquiries over the telephone
  • Calling clients to arrange availability and set up interviews
  • Calling candidates and screening over the telephone
  • Compliance
  • Gathering documents and inputting data
  • Some sales and upselling
