Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a promising graduate or individual who is suitably qualified in the Financial Services arena to be considered for this new role based in Carmarthen Town Centre for a Trainee Chartered Financial Planner / Paraplanner.

Are you a Graduate within Finance, Accounting or Legal industry and would like to forge a career within a leading Independent Financial Advising organisation.

A little bit about them;
They offer services such as financial advisory, income protection and wealth management, among many more, to businesses or individuals in the South Wales area.

They encompass personal tax planning, inheritance tax planning, retirement planning, blood line wealth management, the management of assets to deliver retirement income, the establishment of Trusts and relevant life assurance and protection policies.

About you;

  • Bilingual preferred but by no means essential.
  • Presentation, communication and good work ethic
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Personality is important with a can do attitude
  • Qualifications are not as important as the desire to complete financial (qualifications which would be funded for the right person).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and how to generate new business will be preferred
  • Leadership, tenacity, and individualism are core requirements, but the ability to adapt and work as team is essential
  • Ethical and socially responsible behaviour is a foundation of membership and ultimate qualification
  • They are looking to test an analytical and problem-solving mind to achieve the desired positive outcomes at all times.

You will be a person that can effectively communicate with customers/investors
An interest in advising is essential, therefore you need to be a people person.

  • Starting Salary £20,000 rising with service and qualifications gained
