Role: Part Time Finance Manager

Location: London

Type: Permanent, Part-time - 2/3 days a week (flexible)

Hours: 9-3pm

Date: August 2019

Salary: 38-45K pro rata

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable - raising sales invoice and matching invoices to receipts
  • Accounts payable - invoice inputting and matching invoices to payments
  • Banking - matching transactions and preparing bank reconciliations
  • Journals - accruals, prepayments and deferred income and other balance sheet accounts
  • Payroll - preparing monthly payroll plus journals via Xero payroll
  • VAT - preparation and submission via HMRC portal
  • Assist in preparation of year end statutory accounts
  • Assist in preparation of monthly accounts
  • Assist / own the revenue sheets and forecasts
  • Supplier Payments

We are looking for:

  • Experienced book-keeper with Xero experience
  • Experience in a start up / scale up environment
  • Someone who can be adaptable, flexible and meet the challenges of a high growth business
  • Good communication skills
  • Can do attitude
