Job Description
Working in the Transport Office, you will be dealing with all areas relating to our Commercial Transport Fleet and Supply Chain Operations.
This includes:
- Data input for report purposes
- Weekly communications to the Group
- Operational Reports
- Hire Vehicle orders
- Internal Hotel & Travel Bookings
- Recording & Monitoring Drivers hours for Working Time and Driver CPC Training
- Internal Insurance claims administration and general administration duties as expected within an office environment
Dealing with all levels of colleagues throughout the Group, you will have a confident telephone manner, smart appearance and have a keen eye for detail.
