Job Description
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Being the first point of contact by phone and email for new and existing customers as well as the inhouse sales team
- Recognising client’s requirements and providing solutions and advice that best satisfies their needs
- Dealing with client enquires and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner
- Entering data accurately onto the internal systems and maintaining databases
- Providing consistent, coherent and accurate quotations and product specifications
- Dealing with a variety of suppliers both in the UK and abroad
- Upholding the company reputation
