Job title: Recruitment Resourcer - Apprenticeship
Location: Chislehurst, Bromley
Wage: £12,000 per annum bonuses
Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm / 40 hours per week

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 8 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course.

You'll be working alongside a team of experienced recruiters, supporting the recruitment function in their day to day duties.

Job duties and responsibilities:

In recruitment, your day to day role can shift and change to ensure you can meet the demand of your clients however, your main duties will be as followed:

  • Writing and uploading job adverts for clients
  • Obtaining reference checks for candidates
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates for opportunities
  • Uploading confidential candidate information onto the CRM system
  • Using social media to spread brand awareness and promote the business

Although you'll be solely speaking to candidates, a full in-house training scheme will take place alongside your apprenticeship giving you full access to the cycle of 360 recruitment.
