Customer Service Representative

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service?

Our successful Customer Service team, based in Leeds City Centre are looking for full time colleagues with great communication skills to join the team.

As the first point of contact for our customers calls, Customer Service Representatives are key in creating a positive customer experience at every interaction. We will provide you with the tools, coaching and support you need to be successful in the role and once fully trained you will ensure our customers receive the best customer service throughout their home buying process.

Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Our next start dates are 23rd September and 4th November.

Do you have the following skills & experience?

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Can maintain good attention to detail whilst working under pressure
  • GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C or equivalent
