Internal Recruitment Manager / Consultant - Technology recruitment business
Part-Time or Fixed Term
We are an established Technology recruitment business located in Central Reading. In order for us to continue achieving results, commercial success and our exciting growth plans, we must recruit the very best people to drive us forward.
We are looking for a dedicated Internal Recruitment Manager / Consultant to join the team we an option to be part-time or work on a fixed term / contract basis.
Our team of recruitment consultants each specialise in niche markets within the Technology and Mechatronics space. Within these markets they have a network of clients - they work with the clients to fill vacancies within their teams with the best people in the jobs market.

Responsibilities:
-You will be assisting in the creation and development of our internal recruitment strategy
-Playing a key role in the growth of the business and building a great culture
-Responsible for hitting Reqiva growth objectives and delivering exceptional results for
the business
-Building medium to long-term candidate succession
-Creating and managing job adverts, social media and creative strategies to attract suitable candidates
-Sourcing candidates on a proactive basis, using multiple methods and networking.
-Regularly support internal stakeholders with recruitment requirements, delivering key hires for the business to budget.
-Working on our recruitment requirements, regularly qualifying candidates for interview over the telephone and face to face.
-Coordinating interviews across our offices
-End to end management of our recruitment campaigns and process
-Documenting applicants and processes - manage and run management reporting
-Run and present reports on recruitment campaigns
-Challenge and improve practices and processes
-Induction planning and on-boarding of all new and promoted employees
-Constant awareness and recommendations for cost savings / best value
-HR administration duties when required
Experience required:
- We are looking for someone who shares our companies values who has a pro-active, positive attitude.
-You will need to have experience in an internal recruitment position or had key responsibilities and achievements assisting a company with their hiring.
-Experience qualifying and interviewing
-Experience working as a recruitment consultant agency side or client side will be beneficial, however this is not essential.
-Commercial awareness and sales acumen
-Excellent Organisational skills
-Information gathering and problem solving
-Internet navigation and social networking ability
-Strong written and communication skills
