Job Description:
This retail startup is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Partnership Success Associate to join their growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and be accountable for the onboarding of new clients during the pilot process with the objective of all clients rolling out into full contracts. Above all, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs & explain product value
- Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Analyse data to identify trends and growth potential
- Ensure clients receive requested reports & services in a timely fashion
- Onboard new clients and project manage the pilot launch process
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Deliver external presentations to key stakeholders highlighting performance data and growth opportunities
- Compile weekly and mid-pilot client reports
- Assist the Training Specialist team in associate training and engagement
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of Account Management experience
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment having had the need to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Native/Fluent in French
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with accuracy to detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel
- Analytical skills with the ability to handle data
